1. Definitions ("Jargon")

• Site: connectlearningstudio.com and all associated products, courses, downloads, and services.

• We, Us, or Our: The instructor (Kristin Butler), hired independent contractors, and the sole proprietorship entities connected to Connect Learning Studio.

• You or Your: The adult parent or legal guardian purchasing or registering for a product or service.

• Student: The child/student utilizing the Connect Learning Studio programs under your direct supervision.

• Our Content: All materials posted on this site or delivered via our hosting platforms owned by us, including but not limited to text, sound, graphics, videos, workbooks, guides, quizzes, and software.

2. Account Eligibility & Age Restrictions

This site and its products are intended for purchase and registration exclusively by adults (parents or legal guardians).

• Students under 13: May utilize our educational resources and view content only under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian using the parent's account. Students under 13 are not permitted to create independent accounts or input personal data.

3. Purchase of Products, Hosting, & Security

• Platform & Payments: We host our products and digital downloads through Payhip.com. Purchases are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (PayPal and/or Stripe).

• Data Security: Your credit card information is securely encrypted and processed directly by PayPal/Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card number. Payhip shares your name, address, and email address with us so we can deliver your products and manage your customer account, but your private account passwords remain encrypted and inaccessible to us.

• Access Restrictions: Any account credentials or download links provided to you are intended for use within your immediate household family only and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold outside of it.

4. Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our materials, all courses, digital downloads, products, and services are non-refundable upon purchase, unless explicitly specified otherwise on the product description or checkout page.

• Support: We want you to love your experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at hello@connectlearningstudio.com.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: This site and our Payhip store contain intellectual property owned exclusively by Kristin Butler and Connect Learning Studio. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, modifying, or sharing our proprietary materials (including workbooks, guides, quizzes, and videos) outside your immediate household.

• Sharing: We love it when you share your experience! You are welcome to discuss our courses and resources online, provided you include a link back to our homepage or product info page. Any use beyond this requires prior written consent.

• Third-Party Content: This site or our products may link to or embed external videos or tools. Intellectual rights to those materials belong to their respective owners, and your interaction with those third-party sites is governed by their respective terms.

• Copyright Infringement: If you believe any content on our site infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately at hello@connectlearningstudio.com.

6. Cancellation & Termination

• Access Term: Upon completing your agreed-upon payment, you will have access to the purchased materials until the term of your purchase expires or the materials are retired from our platform.

• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account access at any time for violations of these terms, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of proprietary content.

7. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We collect information in two ways:

1) Information You Provide: Name, email address, billing address, and account details provided voluntarily when signing up for a newsletter, filling out a form, or making a purchase.

2) Automatically Collected Information: Data collected via third-party partners included on this site (such as IP address, generalized location, browser type, and pages visited) to help us analyze site traffic and deliver relevant content. This data is typically aggregated and anonymized.

• Data Sharing: We only share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary to run our business (e.g., Payhip, Stripe, PayPal, and our email marketing provider). We will never sell your personal information.
